MY STORY

...a freelance Graphic Designer and Digital Illustrator from Hampshire, UK. I studied Art & Design at University, but after leaving I got jobs in finance and then pharmacy. I then got married, had kids, etc. and the idea of being an artist or designer got lost along the way.

However, with the pandemic and my Mum passing away in 2020 it made me realise that "life is too short". I decided to see if I could get myself back to where I should have been, almost 20 years ago. I started doing some Graphic Design work on a part-time basis and set myself a goal to go full-time before my 40th Birthday (September 2022). I was lucky enough to find work through a friend in the industry and with some local businesses.

In March 2022, I managed to get myself into the position where I could leave my full-time job to and start my own business and I am loving every minute!
